Our User Acquisition (UA) strategy focuses on "Tribal Viral Loops" to minimize CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).

Phase 1: The Foundation (Months 1-3)

  • KOL & Guild Partnerships: Partnering with 50+ mid-tier streamers in SEA (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) and LATAM (Brazil) to demonstrate the "Skill-based" earning potential.

  • Alpha Incentives: "Bug Bounty" and "Early Adopter" badges for the first 10,000 users.

Phase 2: The Clan Referral Loop (Months 4-6)

  • Incentivized Recruitment: Clan Leaders earn % bonuses from the activity of members they recruit. This turns every leader into a marketing agent for Tiny Little Arena.

  • National Rivalry Campaign: Marketing ads targeting national pride to drive mass organic traffic.

Phase 3: O2O Expansion (Months 7+)

  • Merchant Integration: Launching QR-code based reward redemptions with partner coffee chains and convenience stores to capture non-crypto users.
