  • Mobile Application Launch: Full deployment on iOS and Android platforms.

  • Tournament Infrastructure: Activation of the automated Tournament management system.

  • B2B Pilot Program: Initiation of merchant partnerships across multiple international regions to test O2O integration.

Phase 3: Token Generation Event (TGE) & World League

  • TGE & Exchange Listing: Public launch of the $CLAN token on major exchanges, simultaneous with the release of the Clan Upgrade feature.

  • O2O Rewards Implementation: Full activation of the real-world redemption system.

  • International Competition: Launch of the inaugural "Clash of Great Powers", a global tournament pitting National Clans against one another for world supremacy.
